Returns and refunds

We want you to be happy with your order. Below are our terms for returns, exchanges and refunds.

Right of withdrawal Under the Swedish Distance Contracts Act, as a consumer you may withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason. As our products are food, the right of withdrawal only applies to unopened, intact packages in their original condition – for hygiene and food safety reasons we cannot accept returns of, or refund, opened packages unless the product was faulty or damaged on delivery. If you use your right of withdrawal, you pay the cost of return shipping.

How to withdraw Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to let us know you want to withdraw. You are responsible for the return shipping unless the product is faulty or we sent the wrong product.

Refunds Once we have received and checked the returned goods, we refund the order value (excluding the original shipping cost) within 14 days, to the same payment method you used.

Faulty or damaged goods If you have received a faulty or damaged product, contact us as soon as possible and we will help you with a return, a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you. Your statutory right to complain under the Swedish Consumer Sales Act always applies, regardless of the above.
